He looks like Pico but black, specifically the old Mindchamber version. I love how it's these cool ass looking characters with flat colors over a real bg with coloring effects and some text! It gives off a cool, simple vibe, This would make a great poster.

I LOOOVE how gritty this is, from the outlines, the shading, the references, the coloring. You made Pico look PISSED, I feel like this would be a comic book made of different little stories, each stories being of the game/animations villain shown on the cover.

Yet another comment to cherish with! The inspirations were indeed the 90s/ early 2000s comics as far as composition and dynamic posing goes, with each prominent character comprised of antagonists/protagonists representative of certain arcs/sagas.
